Steak, cheese, and vegetables is a simple dish to show how creative and effective plating can be!
Prep/cooking/plating time: 25 minutes
Step 1: Carefully cut yellow squash, carrot, celery, red bell pepper, shiitake mushroom, and scallion into rods
Step 2: Dice a New York Strip steak
Step 3: Sear the steak on high heat. Season right before with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Sauté the vegetables with salt and pepper for 2-3 minutes.
Step 5: Assemble the dish. Use your imagination!
