When Patients Read What Their Doctors Write


Patient records are typically used to communicate information about a patient between doctors, but what happens when those records are shared with a patient? It’s interesting to see how sharing this information can lead to more accurate records, greater patient comprehension of their medical issues, and potentially more effective treatment.
